Another batch of "juvenile fiction," including movie tie-ins, books that went on to become movies after I had read them, classics, and another one of my many copies of The Wizard of Oz, here given the dignity of its full title, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Also, I finally figured out the simple way of getting more than five pictures to a post, and remembered I was including publishers in the title description.
Book Count: 1854.

Did you catch that Toad movie that had almost all the Pythons in it? What a great flick! The kids also liked it.
I've always wanted to see it, ever since I heard about it. I also think the Pythons would have made a great film out of G. K. Chestertons "The Man Who Was Thursday," with Terry Jones as Sunday, Michael Palin as Dr. Bull, and maybe Grahame Chapman as Gabriel Syme. Terry Gilliam would have to be Gogol. John Cleese would have been great as either Professor de Worms or the Marquis.
